Rob joined Wayfair in 2019 and leads CGF Sales and Service for North America. He is responsible for overseeing the experience for Suppliers across Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Service.
Prior to Wayfair he worked in multiple industries with a focus on Business Development, Relationship Management, and Education to enable positive customer outcomes through a consultative approach.
Rob holds a BA in Economics and an MBA and lives outside Boston with his wife and two children.
