CastleGate Fulfillment Updates
What's changing
The new Richmond fulfillment center (Vancouver) is now live and fulfilling orders domestically within Canada.
Multichannel program updates:
- Updated Retailer Management page: The old Create Retailer page on Partner Home has been replaced with a new Retailer Management page, which provides the ability to create, review, update, and delete retailer and shipping information.
- Canada: We are now fulfilling multichannel orders out of our Mississauga fulfillment center via UPS and FedEx. Suppliers with inventory in Canada are welcome to use this service.
- Europe: We are now fulfilling multichannel orders (in a pilot phase) out of our UK fulfillment center via OHL and UPS and out of our German fulfillment center via DPD and GLS. Suppliers with inventory in the UK or Germany are welcome to use this service.
Multibox service updates:
Basic Access expansion: We are now accepting Basic Access multicarton shipments into fulfillment centers in Cranbury, New Jersey, and Perris, California.
Self-service onboarding for Basic Access launched on Partner Home! This allows you to add your own products to the program. The Operating Guide has full program and policy details as well as step-by-step guides.
We improved findability to ensure your products are consistently findable on-site and purchasable for customers everywhere.
Redesign of Submit a Ticket journeys:
We have added dedicated intake points for CastleGate charge disputes and questions to make inquiries easier to submit and faster for our support teams to execute.

We are launching exciting updates to your inventory reconciliation experience soon.
- New Transaction Log CSV file for CastleGate's inventory transactions:
Use this function on the Inventory Management page to export the Transaction Log (e.g. transfers, sales, inbounds) for specific part numbers of your CastleGate inventory. - Transaction Log user interface on Partner Home:
Following the CSV release, we will launch a new Transaction Log user interface to view part-number transaction information directly on Partner Home.
Multichannel program updates:
- Cancellation functionality coming in Q1: We will launch a supplier-initiated cancellation capability on Partner Home and will provide better visibility into Wayfair-initiated cancellation reasons.
- Canada: Multichannel order fulfillment out of the newly launched Richmond fulfillment center will start in Q1 2024.

Streamlined Asia Logistics invoices:
CastleGate Transportation (Ocean LCL -Asia Logistics) invoices will follow industry standards, offering detailed shipment-level visibility into landed costs. These changes will apply to shipments with a gate-in date starting October 1, 2023, and beyond.
